Offices and workshops will be built over time, as interest arises in the community. Uses will focus on office work, local trades and light industrial - types of services generally completed at a distance from the client or customer. Shops will be mixed use, though generally in one of three categories:

Co-Work and Offices: Remote jobs, programming, IT, engineering, marketing, and similar

Local Trades: Home building, general contracting, roofing, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and similar

Light Industrial:  Woodworking, metalwork, printing & signs, fabrication and similar

A transition to pedestrian friendly retail shops may occur over time, such a florist, restaurant or coffee shop.
