The homes, cottages, shops, and businesses in St. John will be designed in the Modern Cotswold architectural style, also known as Modern English Country. This traditional style intertwines timeless design elements with contemporary materials and architecture. Characterized by picturesque gables, charming casement windows, white lime-washed walls and inviting chimneys, buildings are welcoming and sophisticated. Specific design details and materials are to be defined during the design and feedback phase in 2025.
